Tomato Dosa
_ Dosa is staple Breakfast in south Indian cuisine . We make diffrent kinds of Dosas .
_ Here iam preparing Tomato dosa which does not require any fermentation and can be prepared instantly in busy mornings.
_ If you prefer something healthy and tasty try this tomato dosa . It has a sharp tangy taste inherited from the added tomatoes .
_ Tips for making dosa:
Batter has to be very thin and has to be poured like water on tawa . Tawa has to be very hot while dosa batter is poured on top of it.
_ Once dosa batter is poured immediately lower the flame and roast the dosa until turns brown on low flame.
_ You can add onions and spices to make it more flavourful and tasty.

Supplies
_ Two Chopped tomatoes
_ Teaspoon Red chilli powder
_ Teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
_ Half Teaspoon Cumin seeds
_ Salt as per taste
_ Few chopped Coriander leaves/ Cilantro
_ Half cup of Rice flour
_ Half Cup of Fine Semolina
_ 1/4 Cup of Wheat flour
_ Cooking oil
_ Water as needed to form pouring consistency batter
Blend Tomatoes to Puree
_ Take 2 tomatoes in a blender and blend to puree.
Add 2 Cups of Water
_ After blending to puree transfer to a vessel and add 2 cups of water .
Add All the Flours
_ Add Half cup of fine Semolina,Half cup of Rice flour and 1/4 cup of wheat flour.
Mix Everything
_ After adding all flours give a mix.
_ If the batter consistency is thick add little more water.

Add Finely Chopped Onions and Coriander Leaves
_ Add one finely chopped onion and chopped coriander leaves.
Add Spices
_ Add salt as per taste, Teaspoon Red chilli powder ( Adjust chilli powder according to your spiceness) and add about Half a teaspoon cumin seeds.
Add Ginger Garlic Paste and Mix Everything
_ Add teaspoon ginger garlic paste and mix everything.
Batter Should Be of Pouring Consistency
_ Adjust the batter in such a way that it should be of pouring consistency. ( If needed add little water)
Grease the Pan With Little Oil
_ Now we need to make dosas. Heat the dosa pan and Grease with little oil.
Pour the Batter
_ Here we are not spreading batter with laddle. We need to pour the batter using small cup starting from corners towards centre.
_ Add few drops of oil on the corners and towards centre of dosa .

Flip and Cook
_ Once it starts turning brown flip and cook On other side for few seconds
Serve Hot
_ serve the dosa hot.
