A tomato cage is used to keep tomato plants straight and also allow easy picking at the same time. They can be square or circular, and can be painted in any color wanted.

Supplies

  1. Plier cutter
  2. Pliers
  3. Spray Paint
  4. Gloves
  5. Welded Wire

Cut the Wire

Cut the wires with the sire cutters, I cut every 12 squares.

Make Your Shape

We made circular cages, and connected by wrapping the wire around itself. we also cut part of the bottom so it would easily stab into the ground.

Painting

Last you will want to paint them for color and to make sure rust does not get on your tomatoes.
