Toasting Walnuts

This super simple technique turns mild, raw walnuts into a powerful flavor force that add extra oomph to baking recipes that call for walnuts, or just about anything else!
Get Ready

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Once oven is ready, take 1/2 cup of raw walnuts and spread them out on a baking sheet (no nut stacking) and put them in the oven on the middle rack.
Set your timer for 10 minutes.
