To Put Stress to Rest
Have you ever felt stressed and looking for a stressed ball and it turns out that it's not squishy enough or crunchy enough? Well, I hear you and I agree. Some are too hard and others hurt when you squish them. I was determined to find the goldilocks of them all. So I made my DIY version of it. It combines crunchy and squishy at the same time! It consists of four balloons, leaves, and last but not least water. Now that I have given you a brief introduction there is one more thing to ask. Are you ready to To Put Stress to Rest?
Supplies
4 normal sized balloons
4 crunchy leaves
2 ounces of water
Gather All Materials
Gather 4 regular-sized balloons. 3 balloons must be the same color and one must be a different color.
The First Fill
Fill 1 empty balloon halfway up with water. With the water inside, tie up the end of that balloon tight enough so no water leaks out.
Stretch for the Best!
Take a second balloon of the same color. Stretch out the opening. The opening must be able to fit the water-filled balloon inside of it.
The Double Bubble!
Insert the water-filled balloon into the opening of the stretched-out balloon (knot side down). Tie balloon tightly, with the original water balloon inside of it- Now you have your “double bubble”.
Crunch It Up!
Gather the third balloon (of the same color) and gather your 4 crunchy leaves. Now you will put the leaves into the 3rd balloon. Shove the weak leaves in first followed by the crunchiest ones.
The Three-in-One
Take your “double bubble” balloon and insert it into the balloon containing the crunchy leaves and tie it tight- now you have the “Three-in-one”.
The Final Countdown!
Now gather your 4th balloon, which should be a different color. Stuff the “three-in-one” into the new balloon. This should be a protection layer. Tie the knot tightly.
Put Your Stress to the Test and Let It Rest!
When you give it a squeeze it will turn a different color because of the balloons inside. Remember when your feeling stressed, give it a squeeze!
