Tinkercad NASA Diorama
Hello! I'm new to Instructable's and stumbled upon this lovely contest! I used Tinkercad for this project. I made a space station.
Supplies
Tinkercad
Free time
Step 1: the Surrounding
First of all, the fence. Every good space station needs a fence! Since there's not exactly an item labeled "fence" on Tinkercad, I used curtains. After scaling the the curtains down, I made them gray for a metal look.
Step 2: the Surrounding EP 2
I flattened a square and made them green for grass, then added a few trees.
Step 3: the Surrounding EP 3
I added an archway entry, and some more fencing, and some pavement.
Step 4: the Office
Every space station needs a space for its workers! I used a storage container for a stylish look
Step 5: Inside the Office
Some monitors, seating and of course a water dispenser to make sure their hydrated.
Step 6: the Rocket
I used some scaled down cylinders for the supports, and a larger one for the body of the rocket. I made use of a cone for the roof, and some preset rocket parts for the bottom.
The Observation Tower
This is to overlook rocket activity. I used an elongated cylinder for the center beam, a hexagon for the actual compartment, and rectangles for makeshift windows.
Some Finishing Touches
I added a satellite for outer space communication and finished it with the NASA logo!
