Getting Signed In

On your preferred web browser, type TinkerCAD.com. Once loaded, on the top right of the page is the "Sign Up" option. Fill out your information.

Creating Your First 3D Design

Once you are signed in, press "Design" and then "Create". Next select the "3D Design" option.

Deciding on What to Create

You cannot design something without an idea of what it is your making, so find a simplistic object that you can recreate. For the purpose of this indestructibles I will be making a simple basic vase.

Moving Basic Shapes

On the right of the page is a list of shapes. Using the mouse, left click and hold while dragging the shape over to your plane.

Choosing Your Basic Shapes

My vase will be made out of a cylinder, a sphere, and 2 cones. Lay out you shapes on your plane.

Assemble Your Design

Drag and drop your pieces where you want them and rotate using the controls provided. Raise an object by left clicking and dragging the shape up. On the top right of your viewport is a list of each shapes options. On a cylinder the options are: Sides, Bevel, and segments. Sides will change how many sides your cylinder has. Bevel will add a rounded edge to the cylinder and segments changes how detailed the bevel is.

Exporting

When you finish a design, you will need to export it for whatever use. First lets choose a name for our design by typing it in on the top right where TinkerCAD has randomly generated a name. Next, click "Export" in the top right and choose the OBJ option. Then it should take a few seconds and download a .zip file. Click on that zip file and double click the tinker.obj file.

Voila! There is your basic 3D design made with AutoDesk's TinkerCAD 3D designing software.
