Time Bomb

This is actually a instructable teaching you how to make a time bomb detonator.

You must do this project in your backyard or in any open space.

The explosive i will be using will be common fire crackers.

This is an outdoor project so dont try indoors.

Let's leave the theory portion and lets skip to the steps....

Materials

1. An alarm clock.

2. A fire cracker.

3. A christmas led bulb.

4. Some wires.

5. A box of matches.

6. Paper.

7. Electrical tape or duct tape.

Making the Bomb

1. Take the matchsticks off your matchbox and strip the heads of all the matchsticks and collect it in a paper.

2. Take the led and break the top portion of the glass in such a way that the filament is not affected.

3. Wrap up a small strip of paper around the led to form a cylinder type hollow.

4. Pour the match head powder into the hollow cylinder.

5. Attach the igniting end of the firecracker to the hollow cylinder and secure it with tape.

And you are done with the bomb.
When current will pass through the wires, the filament will burn and so will the match head powder, igniting the firecracker.

Detonator Assembly

1. Take out the screws off the alarm clock.

2. Find the speaker of the alarm clock and cut the two wires attached to it.

3. Remove the speaker and strip the wires.

4. Connect the wires to the wires of the assembly.

5. Reassemble the alarm clock or leave it like that.

Testing

1. Go outdoors and place your time bomb in an open ground.

2. Set alarm for your desired time and take cover as far as possible.

3. The firecracker will ignite after the given time.
