Are you worthy enough to wield Thor's mighty hammer? Maybe not. But you can wear the necklace! This necklace is made out of everyday materials you can find in your own home. It's perfect for Marvel fans!

Supplies

You will need: A hot glue gun, brown permanent marker, cardboard, necklace chain, thin wire, foil tape or aluminum foil, bamboo skewers, leather strap, and scissors.

The Handle

Cut a bamboo skewer down to the size you want the hammer to be. Color it brown with the marker.

The Handle Part 2

Cut a small piece of foil tape or foil and put it around the end of the handle. Cut the leather strap in half and glue it to the bottom of the skewer as shown.

The Handle Part 3

Wrap the thin wire around the handle twice. Glue it in place. Continue until you are satisfied with the amount of rings on the hammer.

The Hammer Part 1

Cut pieces of cardboard. Make sure the pieces make a rectangular prism. Cover each piece individually with foil as shown.

The Hammer Part 2

Glue the pieces of the prism together and poke a hole in the middle of one of the sides of the prism. This will be where the handle connects.

The Hammer Part 3

Put glue on the top of the handle and put the head of the hammer where the glue is. Make another wire ring like you did earlier and glue it to the top of the hammer.

Finishing Up
