This Oxy-fuel Cutter Cuts Metal in 1 Second / Tutorials

To build this powerful torch, you'll need quite a few components. Here's a quick list of some of them:

1. 3.5 mm mini jack
2. Three AAA batteries
3. Needle from a medical syringe

1️⃣ Disassembling the Mini Jack:

Carefully take apart the mini jack, keeping only the metal casing.

2️⃣ Preparing the Contact:

Extract the positive contact from the battery and place it inside the mini jack casing for a secure connection.

3️⃣ Installing the Needle:

Insert the needle from the medical syringe into the high-pressure valve. Carefully pass it through the pre-prepared section of the torch structure. This step ensures precise and stable gas flow.

1️⃣ Installing Motors:

Secure the motors to the top of the plastic container. This is essential for creating a stable airflow and ensuring proper device operation.

2️⃣ Creating Connections:

Assemble multiple high-pressure hose fittings to establish a reliable system connection.

3️⃣ Setting Up Quartz Sprayers:

Connect two quartz sprayers to ensure an even distribution of the gas mixture for efficient and safe cutting.

1️⃣ Connector Installation:

Install the connector to power the two motors with a 9-volt battery, ensuring stable energy supply for the system.

2️⃣ Hose Connections:

Carefully connect all hoses to maintain a tight and secure setup.

3️⃣ Liquid Filling:

Fill two containers with liquid. One acts as a water trap to prevent flame backflow into the system, an essential safety feature.
