  2 Tsp. Sugar
  1 Tsp. Baking Powder
  1 Tsp. Salt
  ½ Cup + 2 Tbsp. Water
  2 Tbsp. Olive Oil

Sauce
1 Can Tomato Sauce, 8 oz.
  3 Tbsp. Tomato Paste

Preheat the Oven

Preheat Oven and Stone.JPG
Adjust oven rack to lower-middle position, place pizza stone (or inverted baking sheet) on rack, and heat to 475 degrees. This is needed for a crispy crust.

Mixing the Dough

Dough Ball.JPG
2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
2 Tsp. Sugar
1 Tsp. Baking Powder
1 Tsp. Salt
½ Cup + 2 Tbsp. Water
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil

Combine flour, cornstarch, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Combine water and olive oil in liquid measuring cup. Stir water mixture slowly into flour mixture until dough starts to come together (You might need to add more water). Turn dough onto lightly floured surface (I place it on parchment paper) and knead 3 or 4 times, until cohesive.

Spreading Out the Dough

Form Pizza Crust.jpg
Divide dough into 2 equal pieces. Working with 1 piece of dough at a time, press into small circle and transfer to parchment paper dusted lightly with flour. using rolling pin, roll and stretch dough to form a 12 inch circle. It not important to get a perfect circle its more important to get a nice thin consistency.

Making the Sauce

1 Can Tomato Sauce, 8 oz.
3 Tbsp. Tomato Paste
2 Tbsp. Basil, Freshly Chopped
1 Tbsp. Sugar
2 Tsp. Dried Oregano

Whisk together tomato sauce, tomato paste, basil, sugar, and oregano in a small bowl. I use homemade tomato sauce it has so much more flavor.

Adding the Sauce

Spread half of the sauce of sauce on the crust make sure cover all the crust. This pizza sauce has so much flavor you don't want to mis any part of the pizza.

The Cheese

2 Cups Mozzarella, Shredded
3 Drops Liquid Smoke

Use any cheese you want to I used mozzarella, just don't use to much cheese you want to taste to sauce. This is a way to give the cheese even flavor add the liquid smoke to the cheese and mix. Add half of the cheese to the pizza you should see the sauce.

Baking the Pizza
