The Shark Jaw Bone Bracelet Instructions

The following tutorial is an edited version of my original tutorial I made for Paracord guild. I do recommend you use that one if you need an extensive how-to guide. This one is a short version for more experienced knotters who just need a quick peek.

This is one of the most well known paracord bracelet designs and will be one of the strongest weapons in your arsenal. It is a beautiful, attractive bracelet that demonstrates just how powerful paracord crafts are. I also feature this bracelet design in my new book.

The origin of the knot itself is not known to me, but I did first see it somewhere on J.D.Lenzen's page. Although his tutorial is different than mine, he inspired me to look into the knot.

The same knot can easily be used for a dog collar or anything else that is flat.

Both sides are functional for wear. Each one is the color inverse of the other side.

Enjoy my tutorial, try to keep the knots equally tightened and do not be worried if it does not look just right in the first few knots. It works. Tighten the knots firmly!
