The Fried Chicken

Fried chicken is a dish consisting of chicken pieces . Usually from broiler chickens which have been floured or battered and then
pan-fried, deep fried, or pressure fried.
The fried chicken is very healthy . Because that i choose it .

Ingredients

. Chicken fillet , Onion , Tomatoes , Oil , Parsley , Salt and pepper ,  Eggs ,  Lemon and Bread crumbs

Chopping and Mixing

1.Cut Chicken to thick slices .
2. Mix the onion, pepper, salt and lemon .
3. Put the chicken with onion mixture .
4.Then leave it for hour .

1.Spray the Pepper on eggs .
2. Season the chicken on eggs .
3. Then seasoned on bread crumbs .
4.Then we re-mixing a Again .

Frying

1.Put the oil on the pan, for 15 min .
2.Put the chicken in the oil, for 10 min .
3.Drain the oil .
