Hey Guys not long ago we talked about the differences between sandwiches, a sandwich is just a sandwich, The Manwich is a sandwich for men, but the Roelwich... well that's a sandwich for kings.

We want to teach you guys a way to stay on top of your healthy habits with your economic standings! We Learned how to do this back in college when we looked for cheaper more affordable ways to stay alive with as little money as possible.

What we came up with was the Roelwich, a sandwich that had about 3-4 servings of food in just one sandwich.

With that said, we hope ya'll enjoy making, and gulping down this piece of art of a sandwich :)

The video bellow actually goes over the making process if you don't have the time or dont want to read over our instructable.

Ingredients!

This is actually fairly simple to make and very cheap. The ingredients you will use for your sandwich are going to be different than ours. You may or may not have what we had in college. Or you may have bread, ham, or chicken readily available to you at your disposal. We however.... we had to struggle for such commodities =(

You will need the following:

Two Burger Buns
Two Eggs

Alright the first you need to do is tart by buttering up your pan, you will cook the bacon and the chicken or what ever else you may have in hand. We have made them with several different types of food and ingredients, like chicken, beef, ham, sausage, hot dogs... etc.

So get that started and cook them thoroughly

What we did was get the chicken and added our spices to the chicken pieces. Once they were spiced up, we began to grill the chicken on our pan. When the chicken was done grilling. We placed our bacon to cook on top of the chicken and spices juices that were left over in the pan. This added extra flavoring.

The first thing you need to do is using another frying pan fill it up to about half an inch with water and begin to boil the water. When the water begins to boil and bubble then you place your Ramen noodles in the pan, place them on one side for about 15 seconds and then turn them over to the other side for about 15 seconds.

Your primary goal is to get them soft enough to where they can be unfolded but not soft enough to where they begin to fall apart.

When you take the ramen noodle out of the pan you should be able to stick your spatula in between the two halves of the ramen noodle and unfolding it in half. Once you have this done you're ready to start loading up this baby.

Alright so you have the ramen noodle opened up and spread out on top of the plate! you need to start stuffing this baby up with all your favorite kinds of foods! We added bacon and chicken, like I said before you can add anything you may have in hand... ANYTHING!

You need to add some sort of cheese, the cheese will act as a cement sealer when the sandwich goes in the frying pan. This will keep everything together and perfectly fine to move around.

Getting the Batter Ready!

In a small container you need to add the eggs and the flavoring packet together. This will work as an additional bonding agent for your sandwich. You need about 1 large egg per sandwich for this to work.

So add the egg, and mix in the flavoring packet that comes in the Ramen Noodles, since all we had in hand was beef flavor, thats what we used for our sandwich. Mix that in as good as possible it should take about 2 minutes.

Frying the King!

Alright now that you have that finished all you need to do is place it back on the frying pan :)

Add additional butter to a NEW frying pan that has not been contaminated... if it's one thing we had in college was... a lot of frying pans... not enough food to cook =P

Once the butter has been set down and it begins to melt, place the ramen noodles ontop of the pan. and let it rest for about 10 seconds. Then add your egg and flavor mixture to the top of the sandwich. The egg batter will seep through the ramen noodles and it will act as a bonding agent to keep your sandwich together. This will cook for about 2 minutes on each side.

Alright so you have finally gotten to the last step of the cooking!

what you need to do is grab your large burger buns and cut them down the middle, then place them inside of your oven for about 3-4 minutes to get them toasted.

Take the toasted buns out of the oven and then take your Ramen noodles and the buns together! finally.... you have finished up the sandwich!
