Ingredients

7/8 cup warm water

3/4 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons white sugar

2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Directions

Add the water, Yeast, And sugar in the bowl of your mixer, or bread machine, And let sit for 3-4 minutes, Until the yeast starts breaking apart.

Add the rest of the ingredients together and mix at low speed until a semi firm dough is formed, that is smooth to the touch. Knead the dough into a dough ball, and place in an oiled dough pan or bowl, And cover.

Let stand at least 10 minutes, Until it has nearly doubled in size as it rises.

Set your oven to 400 degrees. On your middle rack, Place a pizza stone or bread stone. (Available from most retailers, or online.) Allow plenty of time for it to preheat.

Stretch your pizza dough to the proper shape, and place on a lightly floured pizza peel.

Evenly spread your sauce on the dough, up to one inch from the end.

Sprinkle the pizza with a nice generous amount of low moisture, Part skim, mozzarella. (whole milk burns too fast)

Distribute whatever toppings sound good to you evenly across the pizza.

Step 4: Cooking

Slide your pizza carefully onto the stone, And cook for approx. 10 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown around the edges.

Gently lift 1 side of the crust, And check that the bottom is cooked to perfection.

Carefully remove from oven, cut evenly, and let cool for 2-3 minutes.

Enjoy!!!!
