The Mexican Breakfast Sandwich

IMG_0062.jpg

Hi Everyone!

I am Daniel Bueno, a high school student at the American School Foundation of Monterrey and this is my first ever instructable. I have always liked cooking with my parents and learning new recipes every now and then. I love how cooking is an activity that no matter how old you are or how you look, everyone can do it. That is a reason why I enjoy cooking, but my favorite part is how you will never run out of challenges, and how much room of improvement there is. I will be sharing my fun journey and showing you how to make the same delicious sandwich I made.

This right here is the Mexican Breakfast Sandwich!!! trust me, it is delicioso. It is not only so good, but it is simple and very easy to make. This sandwich will wake you up and begin your day the best way possible. It is time to bring the Mexican side to any home in the mornings. Let your day begin with a spicy egg sandwich.

Time to cook an over easy egg!

1) Once the pan is warm, crack your egg open and place it in the on the pan without the yolk breaking.
