This sandwich is not just any sandwich; it is one of the most popular sandwich made at Jimmy Johns.I guarantee to each customer that comes into Jimmy Johns that they will want to come back and order more. In order for the customers and employees to know what goes into the sandwich they will need to know the ingredients that are on the menu. So they can determine what they would like on or off the sandwich when they order.

First step is that the person needs to make sure that their hands are washed, have apron on to prevent stains on their clothing along with a hat on to prevent from hair falling into the food.

When the first step is complete they will continue onto the second step. The “bread person” will need to cut the 16” in half, in order to get the 8” bread. Once they have it cut in half, again will cut the bread on its side vertically.

Continuing, they will need to add mayo, tomato, onion, lettuce, sauce and seasoning mixture. When that step is complete the “bread person” will need to pass the sandwich down to the “meat person”.

From the “bread person” to the “meat person” they will pull the required meats to make for the sandwich, which is 6 slices of salami and 3 slices of capicola (Vito) and 3 slices of ham, along with 2 slices of provolone cheese. And then they will put those together onto the sandwich and fold the sandwich over. Then from the “meat person” they will slide the sandwich over to the “wrap person”.

Finally, when the “wrap person” receives the completed sandwich they will neatly wrap the paper and add a sticker on to the sandwich wrap to keep the sandwich together. After the sandwich is complete the “wrap person” will call out the sandwich name or sandwich number for the customer to hear it and to receive the sandwich.
