The Gaming Shelf is a way to keep your stuff organized all while adding a really cool design to where ever you choose to place it.
Supplies
- board that's 47 1/8 inches by 7 1/8 inches
- sander of your choice
- band saw
- scroll saw
- 2 deep screws
- drill press
- torch to wood burn
Draw the Dimensions

Doing this step will allow you to have an easy process to get your board to look good and to keep clean cuts.
Headset Rest

I found it really easy to use the band saw to get the cuts I need especially that I put a 1 inch flat part in the middle of it, but also how ever you feel comfortable cutting I just have clean cuts for this.
Shelf Rest

these were really tricky for me especially that I wanted to make it flat on the inside I just found it easier when using the band saw to make it round in the middle of these shelves to make cleaner cuts then trying to make it flat and mess it up, also with a thick board on a band saw I turned the setting up so I wouldn't get bad rivets or off course cuts.
2nd Shelf Rest

The second one goes a lot better when you get comfortable cutting with the band saw, the key was for me was that i'd cut the middle last, then cut the top part and cut the middle.
Sanding

With the cuts you've made its your choice if you want to sand, but the sanding part make's the finishing on your board turn out really well and makes it pop out more.
Wood Burning
.jpg)
this step is optional for this I like wood burning I think it adds texture and a feel for the eyes when you look at it. I did mine a little darker then what people would like but with this it makes it add a good touch.
Edging

I added a really good edge to these selves to add a good design so it isn't just a plain shelf and tried to make this stand out from every other shelf here.
Drill Press
.jpg)
when screwing you don't want to just drill them in or else the board will split because of how thin it is, so you want to drill press it.
Putting Together

Finally comes to the part where you can put together, get your drill and your screws and put the shelves in, after that its all set, whatever you do now is up to you!!!
