The Do-It-Yourself Facial Scrub: How to Make Scrubs From Everyday Kitchen Items
http://www.styleunited.com/TipsAndTrends/article/Beauty-Starts-in-the-Kitchen In this video Tami explains how to make your own DIY facial scrubs made from food products including coffee, oatmeal & honey and sugar & olive oil.
Coffee Ground Scrub: After making a pot of coffee, allow the used grounds to cool and apply them in a circular motion to your face. This is an invigorating scrub that increases blood flow and can help wake you up.
Oatmeal and Honey Scrub: Add enough honey to the oatmeal to form a paste. This is a mild mask that is great for people with sensitive skin.
Sugar and Olive Oil Scrub: Start with a bowl of sugar and add enough olive oil to make the sugar moist. Table sugar is fine but raw sugar is better for a more exfoliating scrub.
