Who doesn't need sweetness in life? Still wish to stick to an healthy diet? Then you should try my invention: the Coconeymond Cookies! They are made of only coconut, almonds, honey and albumen. *nothing else*. i made a point not to put sugar in any of my recipes anymore, since i read that it is directly stored as fat unless it is consumed "immediately" (unlike other kinds of sugar sources, e.g., carbohydrates).

These cookies are absolutely awesome and each of the ingredients is not only harmless but even good for your health! :)

*No Butter, No Cholesterol (only albumen), No Sugar, Gluten-free, Vegetarian, Wheat-free*

Ingredients:
a. 150gr Coconut (the dessicated, minced one, which looks like flour)
b. 3 albumen (otherwise called "egg whites")
c. 6 abundant spoons of honey
d. 20 or 30 almond flakes (very few)

Mix a,b,c all together. Make ball shapes with your hand and place them in a non-sticky pan. Insert a couple of almond flakes on top of each ball. Cook in a pre-heated oven at 200degrees for 10 or 15 minutes. That's it! ^__^
