The Cloud Light

Hi,

I am Jiajun Huo. In this project I made a cloud light. This light is aim to help people relax and meditate. It also can improve sleep quality. The cloud lights can change color through mobile phones or computers, and even change color with the change of music. The cloud light made of cotton looks very fancy when it emits light of different colors. So that it can put people in good mood. The cloud light could be Ambient light or reading light by adjusting the brightness.

To make the cloud Light you will need:

• Paper lantern
• Cotton
• LED strip
• Hot glue gun
• Shoelaces

• Firstly, expand all the paper lantern
• Lay out the approximate shape according to the sketch (sketches can be drawn according to the shape you like）
• Glue all the paper lanterns together with hot glue gun

• Put the LED strip into the paper lantern
• Make sure the LED strips run through each paper lanterns!!
• Test the safety of the LED strip to ensure that the light will not heat up after long-term operation. Turn on the LED strip for a whole day, and the result shows that the LED strip is not getting hot

Tear small pieces of cotton and hot glue them on to lantern surface. After gluing each piece, hold in place for 5-10 seconds to ensure it will stick

• Use shoelaces knot to secure the ties on the top of cloud light.
• Finally, hang the cloud lamp on the ceiling

Turn the cloud light and enjoy your moment !!!
