Got some useless cds laying around, lets put them to use!

-This project was inspired by the CD Christmas Tree-

Final Product of 3.5 Minutes of work

-Makes a nice gift, decoration, or project for the kids and cost almost nothing.

Step 1 -Get the CD's

-In my case they were a bunch of CDs that I picked up at office max for Earth link.

-11 CD's more if you want to make a bigger snowflake
-Some type of glue, hot glue does not work well. I used clear silicone, the type used on sinks (i have a box of them, so might as well use them for some thing)

Step 2

Glue them together!!

Pretty much it, just glue together.

The 11th CD is put on top of the Base CD and glued there to add strength and keep them there.
-Let it sit for 15 minutes or so, 1-2 hours for it to hard set.

Step 3
