To start you want to crack your eggs into the bowl. Then add the 2/3 cup of milk, after the milk has been added, add the 1 teaspoon of vanilla, then put the 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar in. Mix for 5 seconds then put in the 1 tablespoon of cinnamon and a pinch nutmeg in. Once that has all been added stir for 1 and a half minutes or until there are no more chunks and pieces of stuff, so it is almost a solid light brown color.

Frying and Making Cubes

To fry the french toast on your stove, you first need to turn the stove on to medium-high heat. Put the pan on the stove and put the 3 tablespoons of butter in the pan to keep the bread from sticking to the pan. Once the butter has melted put bread in the mixture you made before for 5 seconds on each side then put in the pan on one side. Flip bread onto the other side after 35 seconds and then keep it there for 35 seconds. Then take it out of the pan and put it on your cutting board.

Now that you have the bread fried it is now french toast but you're not done just yet. On your cutting board cut the bread into 6 slices that aren't too big and do for each piece of bread. ( repeat this process until you have gotten all your bread cubed and fried)

Giving Your French Toast Cubes More Flavor

So now that all your French toast is cubed it is time to make a new mixture out of the 1/4 cup of brown sugar and tablespoon of cinnamon in a separate bowl. All you need to do for this is mix the brown sugar and cinnamon together in a bowl. Once that is done mix the french toast cubes around in the bowl of your new mixture so it gets that extra sugar in and a cinnamon flavor. Then place to the side.

the Finishing Touches

The last step of making your french toast skewers is to wash your fruit and put the french toast pieces on the skewers alternating between the french toast and fruit until you fill the skewer up all the way. ( leave some room on the bottom of the skewer so you can hold it) Then put whatever topping on that you please and enjoy! :)
