The Best Banana Bread

Do you want to make something delicious and not super hard? That's my banana bread! Today I'm going to teach you how to make something you can eat forever!

Supplies

  • 4 Over-ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 1/4 cup of white sugar
  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 2 large COLD eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of kosher salt
  • 2 cups of mini chocolate chips

Preheat Your Oven

Pre-Heat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Spray Cooking Spray on a 9x5 Metal Loaf Pan.

Spray cooking spray. Make sure to spray everywhere so your bread doesn't stick to the pan.

Grab Your Four Over-ripe Bananas.

Take the bananas and mash them in a medium sized bowl.

Move to a Separate Bowl

In that separate bowl, mix 1/2 cup of butter, 1/4 cup of white sugar, and 1/4 cup of brown sugar.

Stay in the Same Bowl

In that same bowl, add two eggs, the vanilla, and the banana mash.

Grab Your Dry Ingredients

Take your flour, baking soda and powder, and salt and put it in the wet ingredient bowl.

Grab Your Chocolate Chips

Pour all two cups of chocolate chips in your fully made batter.

Pour Your Batter

Pour your fully made batter into the greased loaf pan.

Oven Time!

Put your pan in the oven. Make sure not to burn yourself!

Set a Timer

As soon as you put the batter in, set your 55 minute timer.

Watch the Clock

As soon as the time goes off, take your bread out of the oven carefully. Let it cool and enjoy!
