The BEST Baked Chicken

This is the quickest, easiest and most delicious way I have found to consistently cook good and juicy chicken. Plus since it is baked, it makes eating healthy a whole lot easier.

A Little Prep

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees and figure out what spices that you would like to add to your chicken and pull them out. The spices in the featured picture are what I recommend. Pull out some tin foil also and place your thawed out chicken breast on the tin foil. Then fold the sides of the tin foil up to form a bowl.

Spice It Up

Next add olive oil to the chicken. Make sure you spread the olive oil over the top so the entice chicken breast is coated. Then add your spices, flip the chicken and repeat. I often place a little cheese on top but it is not needed.

Oven Time

Your oven should be warm now. Place the chicken breast in the center of the stove for 20 minutes. Because chicken is an easy meat to dry out, cooking it for a shorter time on a higher heat allows it to always be juicy and delicious!

Enjoy!

Next take your oven out of the stove and cut it up and enjoy! I like to put the chicken in with a gluten free pasta and serve nice and warm! Hope you love it!
