Ingredients :
Thai Chilli - 15 no , Slit
Onion - 4 no , Chopped
Tamarind Juice Extract - 1 cup
oil -1 tbsp
Salt - to taste

n a shallow pan , Heat oil and add the chopped onion and the slit green chilli .
Fry till the onions become translucent.

Now add the tamarind juice extract and salt and bring it to boil.

Cook till the oil separates out.
