Terrace Table With 1 Pallet and a Half!
You need:
- Keyhole saw
- 2 pallets (1 of them)
- Wood glue
- Sandpaper
Cut 2 "legs" From the Worst Pallet
As you may see from the first picture, my pallet is total dumb in one leg. So I decided to take the "good ones" off and use them as legs of my table, rather than using the whole pallet. Cut two "legs" of your pallet and place them under the top pallet (filled holes). Check all is good.
Keep the leftovers of the unused leg for next step: the will serve you to fill the holes of the top of your table.
Fill the Holes of the Other Pallet With the "cut" Leg of the Other
First, we need to sand the pallet so we do not get hurt by the splinters.
Then, we need to "fill" the holes of one pallet so that it becomes a table (without holes).
You must measure the size of the holes (the separation among the individual tables) and cut a little table the same measure of the hole. Then, glue it to the pallet. Optionally, sand a little more. Never is too much.
Glue the Two Levels!
Apply some glue and the stick them together. Optionally use some jacks to ensure a compact dry.
Paint It White!
Place a dummy carpet or cloth under the table so not to paint the floor (will happen).
And there you go! A super cool table with one pallet and a half, actually.
