Tech Support Ticket Database Using LibreOffice

Simple LibreOffice database that will keep track of tech support tickets. Be sure that you have the Java Runtime Environment installed.

PLEASE NOTE: since the Instructables system will not allow ".odb" files to be uploaded, the extension had to be changed to ".txt". After you download the file, be sure to CHANGE the extension to ".odb" (without the quotes). Then it can be opened in LibreOffice.
