Second hand thrift stores are a good source for finding inexpensive teacups and saucers

Supplies

You will need:
a cup and saucer
Quick set epoxy (Water resistant, clear drying)
Paper plate
Stir stick

Follow instructions on the package of epoxy you have chosen.

Apply Epoxy on the points where cup comes into contact with the saucer.
Be sure to have the handle pointing straight up in case you will want to hang you feeder.
Allow to dry completely!

Fill your feeder with you favorite bird seed and enjoy watching the birds!
You can hang you feeder or place it on your deck. Either way the birds will love it!
