This is a instructable on how to make your own tea with house hold spices

For this you will need the spices thyme, basil cinnamon sticks, mint flakes, and nutmeg.

The tools you need will be a cup, mortar and pestle, scissors, spoon, cheese cloth and string,

Take your spices and mortar and crush them a bit just until you have some powder of all the spices and the rest in small bits.

Take the crushed tea mix and fold it up in the cloth. Then tie It up

Put it in hot water and add a sweetener to your likeness. Now drink I think it tastes great
