Supplies






Ingredients:
• 700 g beef
• Sunflower & butter (for frying)
• 1 onion
• 3–4 carrots
• 4–6 pickles
• 2–3 tbsp tomato paste
• 5–6 potatoes
• 3–4 garlic cloves
• 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper


Slice beef along the grain, fry in butter and oil.

Separately fry potatoes.




Add onion, carrots, pickles to the meat, stir in tomato paste, cover with hot water and simmer for 30 min



Add potatoes, garlic, salt, pepper — and cook 10 more minutes. Enjoy!
