Talking Head - Madame Leota From Disneys Haunted Mansion

I'm getting ready for Halloween 2011, and I thought I'd share my ideas. For this effect, I spray painted an old Barbie hair dressing head white and projected a video loop of Madame Leota onto it. It is a very convincing effect live, but it's not very clear in the video.
