Tabouli (Syrian Salad)

Delicious syrian salad, easy to make :)
Ingredients:








2 bunches parsley, finely chopped
3 large tomatoes or 4 ( as you like), finely diced
4 green onions, finely diced
2 Tbsp fine bulgur (If you don't have it, you can use quinoa)
1 Tsp dried mint
2 Tsp salt
1/2 cup lemon juice (about 3-4)
4 Tbsp olive oil
First of All Soak the Bulgur:

Add a little of lemon juice on bulgur
In other words 1 part bulgur to 2 parts lemon juice
Let it for 20 - 25 min
Mix:

Mix it all ( chopped parsley - diced tomatoes - diced green onion - bulgur - dried mint - salt - the rest of lemon juice - olive oil )
