Tabouli

Refreshing mediterranean salad, served cold. Most often served on flatbread. 

Ingredients

1 cup parsley
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
1/2 cup yellow onion
2 tomatoes
2 seedless cucumbers
3 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. lemon juice (or to taste)
1 tsp. sea salt
1/2 cup bulgur wheat

Dicing

Finely dice your mint, cucumber, onion, parsley, and tomato.

Combine

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

Toss

Toss all ingredients until thoroughly mixed. Tabouli is at its best when its flavors are left to meld over night but it may be eaten right away as well.

Serve
