Description
TR-8X, often referred to as "Trax", is a recon droid for the Resistance, excelling in scanning, mapping and transmitting data in the field. Its rugged design makes it ideal for navigating rough terrain and frontline situations. With a collection of advanced sensory and communications equipment, Trax excels at mapping unknown territory, detecting enemy movements and relaying data back to the Resistance. A pair of bi-directional tracks allow for zero-radius turning and the heavy foundation means Trax can reach, scan and react with ease.
Equally as important, this trusty companion is known to boost morale amongst Resistance members with its playful and animated behavior.
About the Designer
This is the first 3D model I’ve ever made. Even coming from a print design background, I found Autodesk Fusion to be very intuitive and fun to use. I might be hooked! I've been a huge fan of Lucasfilm for as long as I can remember and it's been great watching the submissions get posted.
