TORQUEY - Set of Torque Wrench Screwdriver - 3D Printable (0.1nm - 2.5nm)

Hello Makers,
I've remixed a 3D-printable torque wrench. There are many different inserts with varying torque levels. 100% printable. No hardware required.
The Original is from @Perinski <3
I created this remix because I didn't have any magnets on hand, and they're actually unnecessary if you can print accurately.
You can also now simply apply pressure to the screw with the torque wrench without it falling apart.
The cover can now be easily clicked into place and removed again to insert a different torque socket.
Works with every 1/4" Inch hex.
Supplies
Print Settings
Before printing all the inserts, you should print just one to test that it fits. If you can't get a 1/4" hex bit in, you should reduce your flow. If it's too loose, you should increase your flow. It's best to just do a flow test beforehand.
I used for my Tests dried Prusament PETG. If you want to get the most consistent values, definitely use PETG. Preferably the one from Prusament. If you want to support me, you can use my code when purchasing Prusament or a Prusa Printer at the Checkout. Its a Win-win ;)
My Prusa P2P Code: @INVESTEGATE
If you want to use other materials: I recommend to use PETG, ABS or Nylon. Dont use glitter or carbon stuff!
- 0.4mm nozzle
- 3 Perimeters
- 50% Rectilinear Infill
- 0.2mm Layer high.
- Supports only for the Rotor Inserts
- Maybe you need a brim.
You can also use my preconfigured 3MF file. Its 100% configured like in my Tests.
Here you find the 3d-print-files as 3MF, STL, STEP: https://makerworld.com/en/models/1277186-torquey-set-of-torque-wrench-0-1nm-2-5nm

How I Measured It

Since I don't have a special measuring device to accurately measure torque, I simply used my adjustable torque screwdriver from the company Wiha. I then connected them as shown in the picture above and painstakingly measured everything. So the measured values are still relatively accurate.
PS: Unfortunately, one of the three Wiha screwdrivers gave up the ghost. So if you're happy with the project, I'd appreciate a small donation <3
