Hi guys,
Summer started in many countries, kids don't want to go outside, making them busy inside(home) is a challenging one.
To make them busy, I make this board game by using paper mache.
I think, no need to intro to a tic-tac-toe game, because of it's already familiar to everyone.
So, we can go to making process directly.

Supplies

>>> Basic craft materials (sharp knife, marker, pencil, scale).
>>> 70gsm papers.
>>> Cardboards.
>>> colour paints&Brushes.
>>> Foam cutter.

Tic-tac-toe (or) naughts & crosses (or) Xs and Os (or) XO game is a paper and pencil for two players.
X and O, who take turns making the spaces in 3*3 grid.
The player who succeeds in placing three of their marks in a horizontal, vertical or diagonal is the winner.

Doing templates to crosses, nought is make our DIY process easier.
Use160 gsm papers to template making.
Draw and cut the cross template as dimensions given above.

Template not required to board because of it is just square size so that we can directly draw board as given dimensions on DIE material (thermocol) and cut it.

Trace crosses and noughts by using a template on thermocol also cut it by using a foam cutter.
This may act as DIE to make crosses, noughts and boards.
Totally 5 crosses and 5 noughts required to play this game.

.............Place these DIE’s on cardboard,
Because of cardboard sucks water in paper mache and allows Moulds to dry.

Here, maida flour acts as white glue and helps as bonding substance,
...... First, take 300g of maida flour in a bowl and add little water and mix well.
...... And then boil these in medium flame with continuous stirring, then it becomes in glue state and switch off the flame.
....... Cool this glue in 30 mins and then use it.

Then fill up the paper mache in thermocol DIE’s.
For better stiffness on board, use 30*30cm cardboard in between paper mache layers.

After 3 days of separate mould from DIE, separation is no longer too hard because of DIE material is a thermocol.
It can be easily separated.
