WE MADE THIS FOR MR.NEUTZEL.

GET YOURSELF a LONG PIECE OF PIPE, WOOD, ETC.

MAKE SURE TO HAVE SOMETHING TO MIMIC THE MOTION OF THE OBJECT.

LIKE PING PONG BALLS FOR EXAMPLE.

USE CALCULATIONS OF THE OBJECT AND ITS MOTION TO PLAN OUT THE PROJECT

USE DESMOS OR SOME OTHER GRAPHING CALCULATION CREATOR.

*Have the distance between the maximum and minimum ball first (Y-axis)

*Then divide the whole pole length by how many balls you have to find out the distance between balls

PLACEMENT OF BALLS

AFTER CALCULATIONS ARE DONE, START PLACING THE BALLS WITH MEASUREMENTS. USE TAPE AND STRING OR OTHER OBJECTS TO CONNECT IT TO THE POLE.

MOTION TESTING

IMG_3690.JPG

TEST THE MOTION OF YOUR PROJECT BY THROWING A TENNIS BALL OR ANOTHER OBJECT NEXT TO IT. IF YOUR PROJECT MIMICS THE PATH OF THE BALL THEN YOUR CALCULATIONS ARE CORRECT. WE COULD NOT GET THE VIDEO TO GET ON HERE DUE TO SOME APPLE V CHROME CIRCUMSTANCES.
