Hi guys,
In this instructable, I'll guide you to do the goof dinosaur as a toy.
Toys are kids lovable friend, dinosaur toys take a huge place on it. So I mixed (toy+dinosaur) and did it myself (DIM).
In that, I felt happy to share with you how I did it
Let's start to make it.

Supplies

Drawing kit (include A3 sheet),

Thermocol (1'' thick),

Cardboards,

Maida flour,

Old newspapers,

Fine grit (150) sandpapers,

Watercolour paints,

Form cutter (if u have) or else soldering rod.

Basic DIY kit (scissors, knife, glue),

Hot glue gun.

DRAW YOUR OWN GOOD DINOSAUR

If you are familiar in drawing, draw your 2D good dinosaur in an A3 sheet in landscape direction.

If you're not familiar in drawing, then print it.

TO EASY DIY PURPOSE

IMG_20210503_160704.jpg
To make it easy, I split out the full body into 3 portions, that head & neck, body with legs and tail.
Because head & neck and tail are in the same shape and body with legs in different shape.

CARDBOARD WORK

IMG_20210504_204756.jpg
Trace all the parts of the dinosaur in cardboard and cut it separate.
Make sure they are in 2 sets of Left and right.

THERMOCOL WORK

IMG_20210517_154257.jpg
Do the same as cardboard work, trace all the parts of the dinosaur and cut it separate by using a form cutter or a soldering rod.
Make sure that they are in 2 sets of Left and right side.

STOW FILLERS

Fillers are used to stowing in between the left and right side of the body to increase its stomach area shape.

To prepare White glue, use maida flour mixed with water and boil it, it becomes a gel, we can use it as White glue.
Let's do prepare it.

PROCEDURE 1:
Take 100 mg of maida flour in a bowl.

PROCEDURE 2:
Add some water and mix both well.

PROCEDURE 3:
Boil this mixture in a medium flame and continuously stir becomes a gel state and switch off the flame

PROCEDURE 4:
Cool this to 30 minutes and ready to use it.

OLD NEWSPAPERS

IMG_20210516_155549.jpg

IMG_20210518_101424.jpg
IMG_20210507_133028.jpg
IMG_20210507_133123.jpg
Apply white glue over the body of the dinosaur with newspaper pieces and pack full body.

LET IT DRY

IMG_20210518_103353.jpg

IMG_20210511_124655.jpg
IMG_20210511_124643.jpg

LET IT DRY

IMG_20210518_103353.jpg
Then leave this set-up for 6hrs in direct sunlight.

SAND PAPER WORK

IMG_20210512_151806.jpg
Use 150 grit (fine) sandpaper to remove excess white glue in the dinosaur and also make a smooth surface.

COLOURING

IMG_20210513_110100.jpg
Use watercolour paints(your wish) to complete the dinosaur.

ADD DETAILS
