This is an direct drive that supports ender3, ender 3S, ender 3 V2, ender 3 PRO, CR-10, CR-10 S5, CR-20, CR-10 MINI, CR-10 S4, CR-10S 3D printer.

The Ender 3 direct drive weight: about 259g (Including the stock hotend, cooling fan, the E motor extruder).

If there is any fluff, you can use a lighter to remove it.

Insert the Nuts

I used a soldering iron, heated to 330℃.

Install the 5015 Turbo Fan

Note: Before installing the 5015 Turbo fan, use needle nose pliers to reduce it into a V shape. Use M3X35 screws to fix.

Install the 3010 Fan and Fan Duct

The 3010 fan is fixed by the fan duct, and then use M3X12 screws to fix the fan duct.

Install the BLTouch or 3D Touch

Fix with M3X6 screws.

Replacing the Teflon Tube

Before replacing the Teflon tube, you need to preheat the hotend to 200°C.New Teflon tube length is 64.5mm

Remove the original fan first, then solder the new fan.Pay attention to the positive and negative.

Install the Frame

The right side is fixed by inserting the card, and then fixed with an M3X8 screw.
