Strawberry Jam
First we are going to prepare the strawberry jam, Put the strawberries cut into pieces in a pan, add 5 tablespoons of sugar, 10 drops of lemon juice and leave on low heat for approximately 30 min.
Beating the Swiss Roll
1.First we separate the yolks from the whites and beat the whites until they reach the point of snow.
2.At the point of snow we add the sugar little by little while it beats, then the egg yolks are added one by one, flour with the baking powder previously served and finally the vanilla is added.
3.When we finish beating, pour the dough onto a tray, preheat the oven and leave it for 12 to 15 minutes at 356ºF.
Swiss Roll
4.To roll up the biscuit, spread a clean cloth kitchen towel sprinkled with sugar on top so that the biscuit does not stick when we put it on the cloth. Before rolling up, pour the strawberry jam over the biscuit. We take one end of the cloth and we roll up the sponge cake.
5.Once this is rolled up, we decorate by spreading jam on top, strawberries are placed and pieces of chocolate and icing sugar are added with a strainer.
