Sweeten Garlic

Tear off a square of tin foil. Fold it as shown in the drawing. Seal the packet by folding over the top edge. Place the packet upright on a cookie sheet and bake it in your oven at 250 degrees F for one hour. Turn off the oven and let the packet sit until cool. Pinch the garlic from one end to squeeze the cloves free of the skin. The garlic will be quite sweet and if you mash it up, you can spread it like butter. Works great on things like Bruschetta and pizza.
