Sweet Potatoes Casserole
Sweet potato casserole is one of my favourite winter desserts. It is very tasty and easy to make! So today I would like to show you how to make a delicious sweet potato casserole in minutes! Hope you like it 😊

Supplies
1- Measuring cups
2- Pyrex ( 25x15 cm)
3- Masher ( you can use electric hand blender )
4- Big bowl
5- Small bowl
Ingredients :-
1- 4 sweet potatoes (600 grams )
2- ¼ cup of sugar ( 50 grams )
3- Pinch of salt
4- â…“ tablespoon of cinnamon ( optional )
5- 1 tablespoon of vanilla ( 15 grams )
6- 2 tablespoons of molasses ( 43 grams )
7- ¼ cup of melted butter ( 57 grams )
8- ½ cup of milk ( 120 grams )
9- 2 eggs
10- Marshmallow
* The amount of sugar depends on the sweetness of your sweet potatoes.
For the crumble topping :-
1- 1/3 cup of sugar ( 50 grams )
2- ¼ cup of flour (30 grams )
3- 2 tablespoons of butter ( 30 grams )
4- 2 tablespoons of molasses ( 30 grams )
* You can use brown sugar instead of white sugar and molasses

Roasting the Sweet Potatoes
Roast the sweet potatoes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 to 45 minutes depending on how big they are, then leave them to cool down.
* We roast the sweet potatoes instead of boiling them to have a more caramelized flavor.
Peeling the Sweet Potatoes
Cut down the middle and open them up and they will peel really easily.
Step three : Adding the ingredients
Mash the sweet potatoes gently in a big bowl and add the sugar, salt, cinnamon, vanilla, molasses, butter, and milk, then stir.
the Crumble Topping
Add sugar, flour, molasses, and butter in a small bowl, then stir
Assembling
First, put the mashed sweet potatoes in the Pyrex. Add the crumble topping, then, last but not least, add the marshmallows!
Baking
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes ( until marshmallow are lightly brown )
