Swedish Chocolate Mud Cake/ Kladdkaka
Prepare
*A bowl
*A rounded cake pan
*A spatula
*A whisker
*300 grams of butter
*4 eggs
*4 dl of sugar (1.7 cups)
*6 msk of cacao (6 tbsp)
*4 tsk of vanilla powder (4 teaspoons)
*2.5 dl of flour (1.05=1 cup)
*Oven paper
* Powdered sugar
Heat Oven
Put it on 175°C (347°F)
Butter
Microwave 300 grams of butter to completely melt it. Put it in the bowl.
Eggs
Crack 4 eggs into the bowl and whisk them around.
Sugar, Cacao and Vanilla Powder
Add 4 dl of sugar (1.7 cups)
Add 6 msk of cacao (6 tbsp)
Add 4 tsk of vanilla powder (4 teaspoons)
Whisk it all around.
Flour
Add 2.5 dl of flour (1 cup) and mix it around.
Oven Paper
Place oven paper in the rounded cake pan.
If you don't want to use oven paper you can smear butter around the cake pan This is to make the cake come off more easily.
Fill It
Fill the rounded baking pan and correct its finnish with the spatula. You can cut the edges of the oven paper with scissors.
Bake
Place the cake in the oven for 25 minutes.
Cool Down
When the baking time is finished put it outside for cooling down for an hour, 60 minutes.
On Plate
When it has cooled down carefully remove the oven paper and place it on a fancy plate.
Extra
Filter powdered sugar on top of the cake.
Done!
Serve with some creme and cinnamon if you like.
