Sushi Bake
sushi bake, im asian. this was an excuse to just make dinner like usual but for a grade.
Supplies
preferably one main bowl that is wide, tall, and oven-safe
+ obviously things to mix with
Rice
- two bowls (these are a set)
- cook rice (asian / sushi rice is best)
- pour rice into one of the oven-safe bowl
- mix in rice vinegar and sesame oil
- (asians measure with their heart but not with these; be generous but not too generous)
- spread rice out evenly in bowl
Decorate Rice
- sprinkle sesame seeds over rice
- rip up the three non-salted seaweed papers and evenly cover rice
Salmon
- thaw salmon
- wash and dry salmon
- (please wash anything out of packages ?? especially raw meats)
- airfry 9mins at 270
- remove skin (eat it; good for you)
Mix
- crab meat, cream cheese, and salmon into second bowl
- mix
- add kewpie mayo and asian hot sauce
- mix again
Decorate Rice Again
- spread mix evenly over rice
- drizzle teriyaki sauce, asian hot sauce, kewpie mayo, and sesame seeds on top
- as much as you want
Bake
- 380 for 10min
Done
- finished
- eat
- as is, wrapped in seaweed, or drizzle more sauce
- enjoy
