Sushi Bake

sushi bake, im asian. this was an excuse to just make dinner like usual but for a grade.

Supplies

preferably one main bowl that is wide, tall, and oven-safe

+ obviously things to mix with

Rice

  1. two bowls (these are a set)
  2. cook rice (asian / sushi rice is best)
  3. pour rice into one of the oven-safe bowl
  4. mix in rice vinegar and sesame oil
  5. (asians measure with their heart but not with these; be generous but not too generous)
  6. spread rice out evenly in bowl

Decorate Rice

  1. sprinkle sesame seeds over rice
  2. rip up the three non-salted seaweed papers and evenly cover rice

Salmon

  1. thaw salmon
  2. wash and dry salmon
  3. (please wash anything out of packages ?? especially raw meats)
  4. airfry 9mins at 270
  5. remove skin (eat it; good for you)

Mix

  1. crab meat, cream cheese, and salmon into second bowl
  2. mix
  3. add kewpie mayo and asian hot sauce
  4. mix again

Decorate Rice Again

  1. spread mix evenly over rice
  2. drizzle teriyaki sauce, asian hot sauce, kewpie mayo, and sesame seeds on top
  3. as much as you want

Bake
