It's super simple. What you need is an egg, a small bowl, a steamer, a bottle of soy sauce, a bottle of sesame oil. It's Chinese style, you can also use honey instead of soy sauce, I think it tastes good too.

Supplies

1,an egg,

2,a small bowl,

3,a steamer,

4,a bottle of soy sauce,

5,a bottle of sesame oil.

Step1:preparation

Crack the egg into a bowl, add 6 tablespoons of pure water, whisk them together, and if you don't like the bubbles, you can dab them with kitchen paper, which will ensure a better finish, but I'm in a hurry to eat, so I'll leave it at that.

Step2:steam

Place the bowl in a steamer and steam for 6-10 minutes, depending on which taste you prefer, softer or more ripe.

Add a tablespoon of soy sauce, half a tablespoon of sesame oil, ( be careful not to burn your hands when you take it out).

Just give it a little stir and it's ready to eat, I like to make 4 cuts and divide into 8 parts so that the seasoning is just right in the custard.

Delicious!!!
