Super Pancakes
We all crave that perfect pancake to wake up to in the morning but sometimes the recipes can be a bit daunting for our morning fuzzy minds and the mix boxes have things we don't want to the think about XD.
I finally found a super simple pancake recipe with minimal fuss made and better than that it tastes divine with almost no fat.
P.s they never last more than a few minutes when I make them ;)

What You Need
To start with you need ingredients that I'm sure that you have now in your kitchen or pantry.
1 1/2- 2 cups of flour depending on how thick you like your pancake I like mine a bit thin so I stick with the 1 1/2 cups
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
1 egg at room temperature
1 1/2 cups milk here I didn't have any fresh milk so I used dry or powder milk and added water
I also added about 1 teaspoon vanilla essence or extract
As I want an almost far free pancake I used cooking canola oil spray on my pan.

Mix It All
Now first of you need to mix the flour ,baking powder , salt and sugar together then make a well in the center of it .
Add the egg, milk wether it's powdered milk of fresh milk and mix it all together using a whisk so no lumps are in the batter.
Finally leave the batter to rest for at least 15 minutes probably while making your coffee and cleaning up after yourself or while you try waking up the kids >.<

Cook Them Baby
Put your pan or skillet or whatever has a non stick coating on a medium low heat wait a few seconds while it heats up then spray some cooking oil on it and scoop some batter and pour it on the skillet
Move your skillet around for a bit to spread the batter if you want a thinner pancake wait for it to bubble up then it's safe to flip it wait another minute and you've just made a super pancake!!
Want to pimp your pancake?! Add whatever you like in you pancake whether it's chocolate chips, blue berries or dried fruits then add them before your upper side bubble up completely then you can add away as much as you like kids will probably like doing that ;)

Here I added a bit of butter ,honey and topped it with a bit of whipped cream and a strawberry.
ENJOY!!!
P.s this recipe makes about 7-8 pancakes on an average size
P.p.s if you try it out tell me how did it turn out I would love some feedback ;)
