Super Heavy Soup
This is my version of Super Heavy Soup that the guys at the firehouse love. It has meat and tons of vegetables and is absolutely delicious. This can also be made without the meat and still serve 5 adults! This has all the nutrients you will need to keep you healthy and active! Because it is made in the crockpot, it can be eaten at any time and will stay hot all day. Great for Firefighters!

Chop 1/2 your onion up real good and cook it with your 2 lbs. of ground beef (season your beef now). As this is cooking you can add some salt & pepper. Continue to stir as it cooks. When it is brown you are done and you can add it to your slow cooker!
Chop & Dice
1. Chop and dice all of your vegetables and add them to your slow cooker.
2. Add 2.5 cups of water (or beer) or as much as is needed, so that you can see the water amongst the other ingredients.
3. Add your seasonings and mix everything together.
4. Cook for 4 hrs.
