Supplies

for this recipe you will need the following ingredients:

1 cup of margarine

2 eggs

2 3/4 cups of flour

2 tsp of cream of tartar

1 tsp of baking soda

1/2 tsp of salt

an extra 2 Tbsp of sugar and 2 tsp cinnamon.

a kitchen-aid helps but is optional.

make the mixture into walnut sized balls. mix up the extra sugar and cinnamon. coat the balls with the mixture.

prepare a parchment lined cookie sheet, line up the cookies and space them 1" apart. if you have extra you can use a freezer bag and freeze the extra. bake for 15-20 minutes.

I hope you have as much fun making these as I did!
