Super Easy Low Calorie Frozen Treats

These frozen treats are super easy and fast to make. Above all they are delicious on a hot day and low calorie!
Supplies

- strawberries
- raspberries
- other fruit you like
- low-fat quark or greek yoghurt
- ice cube tray
- fork
- spoon
Mash the Fruit

Start by mashing the fruit. I mashed it with a fork but if you choose some harder fruit you can also use a blender.
I had some strawberry and raspberry leftovers so I used them but banana, mango or ananas is also great to use in this treat!
Mix!

Add the mashed fruit to your low-fat quark or greek yoghurt and mix it.
The Ice Cube Tray

Add your fruit-quark mixture in the ice tray and freeze it for at least 6 hours.
