So woke up this  morning ready to start on phase 2 of the Portable Mini Arduino  EEG monitor instructable, and decided I needed a good breakfast to get me going. Since I was going to make my super easy, no mess, high energy, nutritious, Power omelete breakfast, I said to myself, "why not share it with you guys?".
And here it is:

Ingredients.

Once you've found the ingredients, prep time is less than a minute.

1.- Get the slice of ham (or whatever you ar using) and tear it into small chunks an put it in the container.
2.- Do the same with the cheese. (I used a slice of american cheese and some mozzarella)
3.- Put in a dab of ketchup and mustard ( optional but it adds zest)
4.- Crack the egg open and put it on-top of all the ingredients
5.- Add salt and pepper to your liking
6.- Optionally, add less than a teaspoon of milk .

Place in microwave and cook for one minute.
Note:
Keep an eye on the omelette while it's cooking, if you've ever cooked an egg in the microwave, you know the yolk can pop and make a big mess!! I found that the milk sometimes helps prevent this, but if you have one of those microwave covers, use it!!

Enjoy!!

Remove from microwave, allow to cool for a second, and enjoy your breakfast! I accompany it with a slice of toast and a cup of coffe.
